ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET

Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order from ecollars.com over the internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. If you would prefer to order via FAX, phone, or mail, those options are available.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship out via UPS the same business day (M-F) received. We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

SHIPPING

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. There is a $5.95 shipping charge on all orders under $125 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be billed at the actual shipping cost.

FREE SHIPPING

We pay the UPS ground shipping cost on all orders of $125 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

EXPRESS SHIPPING

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select are available at actual shipping cost upon request.

Shipping Options for Canada, US Military and US Territories

We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses. We do not ship to any other international destinations. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping. NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses.



DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENTS

With all returns, please include your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - i.e. credit your account, exchange for another item etc.

RETURNING RESTRICTED SHIPPING ITEMS

Blanks, Primers, Poppers, Primers, Launcher Loads and other items containing gun powder / explosive materials cannot be shipped via the US Mail or by any Air Service. Please return these items using UPS Ground. Blank Pistols cannot be shipped via US Mail. Please return these using UPS Ground or Air Service.
